Our Story is about farm to can.

My name is Ron Crane, and my family has been in Sonoma County since 1852 farming the land and ranching animals. When I retired from flying EMS helicopters I was to take over the family ranch for my dad. My wife and I wanted to create some sort of legacy, that would be our own. So we put in 2 acres of hops for beer.

Since doing that, we’ve collaborated with many breweries around Sonoma County to make 100% local beer. We’ve made a lot of friends along the way and realized that there was a deficit in the local Canning business. There are so many breweries in Sonoma County, and so few canners.  So we decided to invest in a mobile counter pressure canning machine.  No batch is too big or too small. Cheers! 

We are currently canning 12 oz Sleeks and 16 oz cans.
